The problem with selling content stolen from Civitai

Recently user @Burnster messaged me about a scam deviantart account called "famous furries" (deviantart.com/famous-furries) that's posting content taken from him, me and several other users and hiding it behind a paywall to profit from it. Like its bad enough he's too lazy to even take the prompt and doing himself, he's also charging people for content that's shared freely here. I dont have an issue with people sharing or remixing my stuff, else I would already upload everything with a watermark and no prompts like other users are already doing btw, but this guy is hiding free content he didn't make behind a paywall, stuff that I'm sharing with everybody, and not even saying its AI.
As for counter measures I think Civitai should add a checkbox option to add author and origin watermarks to all images made on-site like othe AI sites already do. The thief above brags about uploading without a watermark and I think since he's so lazy he can't even copy a prompt he's not gonna take the job of removing watermarks either.
Anyway, feel free to report his works specially if he stole yours too, with enough reports we might get his entire scammer account banned.
Let me know if you have any ideas on how to prevent more art theft by paywall scammers like this one.
