The Civitians and their fun in daily challenges

i think the civitians having to much fun

"ok what should we do?"

we reduce buzz to 50% from 400 to 200

"but sir they still having fun"

ok we do a monthly challange of only one topic till they are bored

"sir its working but still they are to many having fun"

ok we make 50% flux so not everybody can do the challanges

"we getting there sir but still..."

ok we do of the other 50% in illustrations models that completely chokes all creativity

"Sir we still need to reduce the fun"

ok we do challenges in illustrations models that are build for NSFW but we explicitly demand PG

"Sir we getting there but the last 10% fun are still there and we need to reduce them"
