New "feature"?!: Members can now pay for "highest priority"

A bit before the day changeover the generator interface changed. The most obvious change is the new font for the "Generate" text, but other than that the only other change I can see (which might not even be a change) is that paying for priority isn't just a binary, it's now a drop down list with three options (off, the existing high priority option, and a new member's only highest).

Yeah, I can safely say that even if it weren't members only, I'd never use this. I'll still post this anyways because

1: Someone may see some further change I missed
2: Documenting the change
3: I'm handicapped on the writer leaderboard because I am one of several users who isn't getting their bookmarked articles added to their score (response was essentially known issue, low priority) so I need to keep up views and reactions in past 30 days.
