Wan vid2vid with style transfer using fun control model

This is the workflow i used to style my home city Porto into a living van gogh painting. hope you enjoy. i curated the outputs. you can use 14b control or 1.3b control though 14b keeps the consistency better. i also recomend upscaling at the end when you like a gen,

if you change from 1.3b to 14b remember to adjust teacache.

Tested on a 4060ti with 16gb of vram. 4 min for the 1.3b gen and 20min for 14b gen.
