So... Red vs Blue parody clip

Why? Well... you know that feeling when a certain idea creeps into your mind and just keeps banging into your skull until you realize it? That's basically what happened to me with this video.

Sadly, I have a power outage and it's not gonna be resolved for some time. And, sadly, instead of waiting 'till the power is back, I decided to make this video on my phone through the use of online editing websites.

It was a pain - some sites kept adding a watermark which couldn't be removed without graphic defects, some sites messed up audio quality and/or pacing and I had to redo it again, some had only limited amount of uses. Because of all that, it took me soooo looong to make this simple clip. Plus, there was an eventual loss of video quality along the way.

Oh, and I also spent over 8k buzz animating these images for the video... so, yeah xD

Changing original voices or adding some additional things wasn't so hard - thankfully, the originals already sounded a bit stormtroopery, all I had to do is add a little radio effect and muffle them a bit.

I also removed some original lines that didn't make any sense within the context of the clip, like the ones about the Covenant, Master Chief, etc. I tried to make the audio match the animation so that it really looked like they are talking and saying these lines. It's probably most noticeable in the Space Marine part of the clip. Obviously, the fact that both parties are wearing helmets was a huge factor in this... without that I probably wouldn't even start making this clip xD

The hardest part was animating the trooper on the right(aka Simmons), because no matter what Kling just kept him looking at the sky. Why? Probably to show that he is indeed wandering "why they are there?". Aside from that, a little cutting here and there(also slashing and dicing) and the clip was ready.

Still, I am rather satisfied with the clip. Hope you enjoyed it too. Till next time!
