I had planned to write this article in June, but I think I have reached the end of my work, so I would like to write about my impressions of LoRa creation so far and my plans for the future.

In the early days, I created the LoRa using automatic tagging based on information on the Web, adjusted parameters as much as my PC specifications allowed, and went through a trial-and-error process. Although there were times when things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped, there were some miraculously good results for the little effort I put in, and I managed to maintain my motivation to continue LoRa creation. After referring to articles by other creators, I am now able to create LoRa quite efficiently, and I think I have made some progress since the early days.

In particular, the following two people's articles were very helpful for me when I was feeling the barriers in creating LoRa characters at the time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them.

本当は6月に書く予定だったが、なんとなく作成がひと段落ついたように思うので、今まで作ったLoRa作成における所感とともに今後の予定を書いていこうと思う。

初期の頃はとりあえずWebの情報を頼りに自動タグ付けで作成し、PCのスペックが許す限りでパラメータ調整し、試行錯誤していた。なかなか思うようにいかないこともあったが、手間をかけていない割に奇跡的にも出来のいいものもあったりと、なんとかLoRa作成を継続できるモチベーションは保てている。他のクリエーター様の記事を参考にしてみて現在はかなり効率よく作成できるようになり、初期の頃よりなんとなく進歩したように思う。
特にキャラLoRa作成において、下記2名の方の記事が、当時壁を感じていた自分にとってかなり参考になった。この場を借りて感謝申し上げる。

さて、今後の予定としては、初期の頃に作成していたキャラLoraを優先して造り直していきたい。初期の頃は作成のアプローチがかなり独特な方法だったり、タグ付けが過剰だったりしたからだ。さらには、新たに作成したいキャラ・コンセプトもあるので、それらも前回記事と同様に備忘録としてリストしていこうと思う。また、前回記事内において未作成のLoRaも持ち越して記載することにする。
少し話は変わるが、最近Nintendo Switchで「ファイアーエムブレム聖魔の光石」が配信された。未プレイだったので現在プレイ中である。ということは、新規キャラLoRaの追加もあり得るかもしれない。

Now, as for future plans, I would like to give priority to re-building the character Lora that I created in the early days. This is because in the early days, the approach to creation was quite unique and the tagging was excessive. In addition, there are new characters and concepts that I would like to create, which I will list as a reminder as I did in the previous article. I will also list the LoRa that I have not yet created in the previous article.

On a slightly different note, “Fire Emblem: The Holy Demon's Stone” was recently released on Nintendo Switch. I had not played it and am currently playing it. So it may be possible to add a new character LoRa.

コンセプトLoRas - Concept LoRa

• Bound to Desk : 仰向けを「表」、うつ伏せを「裏」として２つのLoRaに派生。
  5/11 表 Heads アップ　・・5/24（修正版　v1.2Heads-NAI アップデート済み。
  5/18 裏 Trails アップ　（同上。品質向上、ネガティブワード除去　v1.4Trails-NAI 6/2アップ済み）
  

  B to D Lora is Devided to two LoRas. "Head“ for the prone position and ”Trail" for the prone position.
  5/11 "Heads uploaded. 5/18 "Trails" uploaded. Both require modification to improve quality
  

• Triangle Attack NSFW : 6/13アップデート。まだまだ改良の余地あるが時間を置く。

• Hopeless Vision : これを作成していた時期には自動タグ付けより、手動タグ付けのほうに手ごたえを感じていた頃で、ある程度意図したものはできたように思う。画質向上や新たな背景も追加したい。上記２件より優先度は低い。
  

• Bound to Desk : Since this was completed by adding automatic tags + appropriate words, we will try to create it using the current approach. It may be possible to reduce the number of words generated. High priority

• Triangle Attack NSFW : Update 6/13. There is still room for improvement, but we will give it time.

• Hopeless Vision : When I was creating this, I was feeling more comfortable with manual tagging than with automatic tagging, and I think I was able to achieve what I intended to a certain extent. I would like to improve image quality and add new backgrounds. This is a lower priority than the above two projects.

キャラLora -Character LoRa

• パオラ、エスト :３キャラパックに変更。カチュアのみ単体。6/21 カチュア単体アップ、6/27　３キャラパックアップ

• 戦乙女ヴァルキリー レイア　7/9急遽アップデート。

• キングレオ : 女の子を入れるとキャラが混ざる確率が高い。hetero行為要素をデータセットに追加することで修正できるのではないかという仮定のもと、もう一度チャレンジする。

• Mogall : これも不安定なので修正したいが、データセットから用意する必要があり、おそらく時間がかかるので優先度は低い。未作成のクラシック版もあるので具体的にどうするかはもう少し検討する。

• Pixy Queen : もう少し原作キャラに寄せたいのと、衣装も改めたい。優先度低。

• Palla, Est : Changed to 3 character pack. Only Catria may be up by herself.
  6/21 Catria ( Stand alone ) uploaded. 6/27 3-character pack-up.

• Ikusa Otome Valkyrie Leia 7/9 urgent update.

• King Leo : Adding a girl would mix the characters at a high rate, so we tried again with the assumption that adding a heterogeneous behavior element to the data set would solve the problem.

• Morgal : This is also unstable and I would like to fix it, but it needs to be prepared from a dataset, which is time consuming, so it is a low priority. There is a classic version that has not yet been created, so we will consider more specific measures.

  Pixy Queen : We would like to make her more like the original character and change her costume. Low priority.

新規LoRa コンセプト（ほぼ思いつきのイメージが多い）- New LoRa Concept

• 触手ものコンセプト：元ネタ対魔忍。試作中。２種の触手プレイコンセプトに分割した。
  Fibrous tentacle : 調整の余地は残るがアップ 7/22。
  Spinning and Pump Tentacle + FibrousTen : 8/1 up

• SEX体位コンセプト :  蛙足ファック。タグ付け中。8/8アップ予定

• Be humble!! (謙虚ライオン!!) :　-前記事より持ち越し。画像準備中

• W grabbing」: 前記事から持ち越し。コンセプトLoRa タイトルは仮でイメージのみ。一人の男が、二人の頭を片手で鷲掴みして持ち上げているイメージ。もうちょっと研究する。

• Real Triangle Attack : SFWなTA。イメージのみ。構図再現でまた苦しむかも。

New LoRa Concept

• Tentacle concept：Original source. is Taimanin. 試作中。Split into two types of tentacle play concepts.
  1. Fibrous tentacle : uploaded ,although there is still room for adjustment 7/22
  2. Spinning and Pump Tentacle + FibrousTen: 8/1 uploaded

• SEX Pose Concept : FrogLegFuck. Tagging in progress. Scheduled to be uploaded on 8/8.

• Final Fantasy II : ヒルダ (Hilda)　衣装激ムズ。完成の日の目を見るのか不明。

• Dragon Quest III : イシスの女王 (Queen of Ishis) なんとなくエキゾチックなものにすればいいのか。

• セイントフェアリー (saint fairy : Black Lilith)「正義の変身ヒロインを支える俺と悪の女幹部」のヒロインキャラ。

• 豪血寺一族キャラ (Gouketsuji Family) : 既出のスーパークララ以外のもの。
