CivitAI will turn content moderation into a game

While looking through recent changes to site code, I found a commit that introduces "Knights of New Order" game.
In the game, you gain exp and levels by moderating content. The planned rules of this game, while obviously subject to change until it's officially published, can be found in the NewOrderRulesModal.tsx file in the above commit.
You earn buzz by participating in the moderation game, and highest ranked players will have power to override judgements of others. Incorrect ratings leads to punishments, but what is right or wrong gets decided by other players which means the hivemind will be in charge of the deciding what's acceptable and what's not. This process also has a positive feedback loop, so that whatever moderation style emerges will reinforce itself, as high level players can force their judgements upon the entire system.
The only safeguard is that the site moderators can smite highlevel players for "gravely inaccurate" judgements or remove punishments as they see fit, but that's likely only going to happen in case the highlevel players try to blatantly abuse their moderation privileges. We'll see how that plays out in practice once this game gets rolled out officially.
If you thought the moderation system was bad now with how arbitrary the moderators can be, it looks like it's going to get even worse in the future.
EDIT: Apparently this feature is already live for subscribers and has been mentioned in the newsletter for those who subscribe to that. Education hub has a brief guide about the game, too. Nothing on the site update feed yet, and the entire game is currently hidden from free tier users.
EDIT 2: CivitAI moderator chipshajen answers some questions in the comments, although that exchange ends with them pointing out that everything's still subject to change. Hopefully there will be more clarity after the minigame gets officially announced.
