Civit barely working

The way the site works (or doesn't) these days is unacceptable. It's so slow and unreliable. To create a post for the daily challenge, I have to come back multiple times a day. The generator dies without creating anything. The ratings take time to get assigned. It's not fun. It's just work. Civit feels like it's barely alive.
