Still can’t wrap my head around it, 2,000 people following my work here.
Huge thanks to everyone: the followers, the folks dropping reactions, the ones leaving reviews on my LoRAs, giving buzz, and especially those who actually use my models and post their own amazing renders. You’re the reason I keep pushing instead of staring at a blank ComfyUI graph.
How It All Began
I dove into AI image generation this February. It was overwhelming. I almost vowed never to touch ComfyUI; too many spaghetti nodes, total chaos, and zero coding skills.
I started out on ForgeUI, stuck in a YouTube tutorial loop. Then I made the best decision of my entire journey: I tried ComfyUI. It was chaos at first, but after enough “studying” and mash-and-match sessions, it finally clicked. Now I can’t imagine using anything else.
How FullMetalLady Mk.1 Came to Life
Fresh on the scene, I wanted to create realistic fantasy characters but my prompts were rough and Flux wasn’t delivering. I borrowed prompt tricks from creators here and slowly learned how to tame Flux.
But the armor was just wrong. Too many awkward “metal nipples.” So while still barely keeping my head above water in ComfyUI, I tried LoRA training.
My early LoRAs were spectacularly awful: undertrained, overbaked, plastic-skin galore. The problem was simple, bad dataset, no curation, and absolutely no idea how to train properly.
Then came FullMetalLady Mk.1, my first real win. It added the oomph where it mattered (wink) and nailed the armor detail I wanted. That’s when I leaned into being the armor guy. Next came FullTechnicalLady, and the “Full[something]Lady” branding was born. Why? Because I love beautiful women, plain and simple.
Where I’m at Now
I branched out into crafting LoRAs for art styles, detail work, and aesthetics, and realized that creating LoRAs is what I truly enjoy. I’ve got so many projects brewing, sometimes too many.
But here’s the deal, I’m not stopping anytime soon.
