Next Chapter

Hey hey people, Bolivante Here.
This past week I finally managed to finish all the character conversions from Pony to Illustrious. It took some time, but I’m glad to have that part wrapped up and now I can start shifting my focus toward what comes next. With that in mind, I’ve been brainstorming a few ideas for the future, and I’d really like to hear what you all think before moving forward.
Model descriptions with extra context
One idea I’ve been considering is adding a small section to the model descriptions where I provide a short overview of the series and characters. The goal wouldn’t be to overwhelm anyone with too much text, but rather to give a bit of background and insight for those who might not be as familiar with the source material. That way, new people could quickly get a sense of what the model is about, while long-time fans might enjoy the little details and references. Do you think that would make the models more engaging, or do you prefer them to stay clean and minimal without extra information?Discord channel (trial run)
Another thing I’m planning is setting up a Discord channel. At first, it would just be a trial run to see how it goes, how active it becomes, and what kind of discussions or interactions happen there. If the test run turns out well and people enjoy it, then I’ll make the server permanent. The idea would be to have a space where we can talk more casually, share progress, exchange ideas, and maybe even get feedback in real-time. I think it could be a fun way to build a stronger community around these projects, but of course, it’ll only work if enough people are interested in joining.
So, that’s where I’m at right now. I’d really appreciate your feedback on both of these points. Do you like the idea of adding short character/series descriptions, or should I leave things straightforward? And would you be interested in joining a Discord channel if I go ahead and create one? Your input will help me decide the best way to move forward.
