With this recent update, I guess it's pretty much over. I understand we're all guests on this site and we're not obliged to generate NSFW pics but.. hey?.. let's be frank.. if I'm here it's mainly because of those lewds 🤣

I understand that the owners of Civitai want to milk their product more, clearly a vision that can be shared from a purely entrepreneurial point of view. But at the same time, they should make their product much more stable; and we all know that the barrage of problems in recent months has been ridiculous, to say the least.

Yes, it's true, I also understand the problem with the credit institutions has also been a huge thing, which ultimately prevailed over the owners' decisions (obviously), and which will likely further make a mess of the NSFW world in general 🙄

But this is a problem that a mere user clearly can't solve... or maybe he can.

As I said, no one forces anyone. Any action has a natural consequence: spending yellow buzz to generate NSWF? I really don't think so 😂

From now on I'll see Civitai as a futuristic motorbike on a long straight highway in the space... and with the fuel gauge hopelessly running low. And once it reaches zero... end of the journey 

Now... before closing this my first and I believe also last announcement, I want to say one last thing: 

Over the past few months, I've had the opportunity to virtually meet quite a few people. I thank everyone: the followers (over 300... incredible), the donors (it's only thanks to them if I have about 1,000 yellow buzz), and everyone who helped me understand more about prompts and AI generation in general.

I also want to give a special thanks to that particular person who has often, consistently, reacted to most of my images with the smiley emote. I love you 😆

I've read about people deleting their content, even their accounts. While I can understand them, I've never been in favor of such decisions. The possibility of having to delete my passage here, with the people I have exchanged messages with, is something that makes me a little sad.

Furthermore, everything I've done here has been done using free resources (at least until a few hours ago, before the update 😛 ) and offered free of charge.

Now, I don't know how this update works about the pics already generated and still unpublished. I have a lot of them scheduled for publishing for the next days, but of course the majority of them are R+ rated. If they get published, well, I guess you'll see for yourself 😁 Otherwise, I think the publications will stop pretty much today, at least for the NSFW ones.

For now, barring any unlikely second thoughts from those in higher-ups... that's all.
