Regarding the Recent Updates on Civitai
to whom it may concern—especially to any of my followers: please read, this is very critical.
as all of you know (and as I found out yesterday afternoon), Civitai made some major changes to their site and its work-safe iteration Civitai Green, including limiting Blue Buzz usage to work-safe generations. you can read up on the changes in full detail here:

this announcement led to massive backlash form many creators here, many of them specialising in adult-oriented content, with some going on hiatus and others outright protesting and even boycotting the site. here a few articles written in response:

so, in response to the mixed reception from the community, Civitai staff have loosened some of the restrictions on Blue Buzz. more on that here:

even with the next-day improvements, some users are still upset with not being able to generate M-rated or higher content unless they have an active Membership and/or buy Yellow Buzz.

even if you're not happy with the recent developments on Civitai, support your favorite content creators any way you can. even the ones who've (semi-)retired or are protesting. it's the only way we can keep the site alive.
