🛠️CURRENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS 🛠️ [24/10/2025]
Hello everyone, this is an update on the projects I've confirmed I'll be working on.
I also leave you a little of my workflow, everything is 70% automated, with python code, in the future I will think about sharing the code, but for the moment I reserve it because it is not very nice code.💻
This is a behind-the-scenes look at my creative process 🔍. Every stage is crafted solely by me and tailored to my personal workflow. I hope you find it interesting and continue to support my work.
01 Frame Extraction: Frames are extracted from videos to build the initial raw dataset.
02 Filter Duplicates: Duplicate or highly similar images are removed.
03 Split Person: Characters are detected and individually cropped.
04 Vector Extraction: Each image is analyzed to extract a numerical feature vector that represents its visual characteristics. These vectors are later used as the foundational input for the clustering stage.
05 Clustering: Images are grouped based on visual similarity to identify character-specific clusters.
06 Dataset Refinement: Selection and reduction of images per character to a fixed set (usually 100), prioritizing those closest to the cluster centroid and highest in visual fidelity.
07 Fix Color and Resolution: All images are standardized to a consistent resolution and converted to PNG format. Contrast, brightness, and tonal levels are corrected.
08 Tagging: A unique trigger word is automatically generated for each dataset to define the LoRA’s activation keyword. Image tags are then enriched using visual recognition tools.
09 Training: The LoRA model is trained using my personal parameter configuration :).
10 Model Testing: A controlled batch of images (typically 35) is generated to evaluate model accuracy,
11 Completed: All functional LoRA models have successfully passed testing. These models are now ready for publication and may be released in no specific order.
