Training Status "denied"

Hello fellow Civitai comrades,

I've stumbled over a new obstacle, that has been put in my way by Civitai. I don't know what is up with them, but I sincerely hope they find back to the status I once loved, when I started here!

Anyways. Yesterday I wanted to create a Lora for my private use. It was never intended to go live or in public use. I selected a few pictures of a person, that is a public figure and that are commonly available. (no CR etc.)

I did all the necessary steps in the Lora creation tool on this website and started the generation process.
To my surprise a few minutes after, the status went form Processing to Paused and then to Denied.

Since I thought this was a sick and bad joke. I opened a ticket and got the answer, that my Training would violate the TOS.

Frankly speaking I don't mind any flagging of my Training, so they/it can't be used and shared on Civitai. But the denial of this service is disappointing.

I was wondering if anybody else is also experiencing this kind of behaviour, or if my account got flagged in another way.

But in the end all bad has it's good and I think I'm finally figuring out how to create Loras locally with Kohya.
