Which locale AI is better?

Hi, I need help, Which Local AI is best? I don't know many of them. I've only heard of ComfyUI, Stable, and Automatic1111, I know they require a good PC, but mine is weak right now, it doesn't even have RTX, which is some of them seem to require it. Is there a good alternative for a mid-range PC?
