Dark Souls suggestions

I would love to have some suggestions of what other mobs/bosses I should do models for. There are two real limits:

#1: I only have Dark Souls 1 on the PC, so can only pull from that at the moment

#2: I would prefer to make things that without an existing good quality Illustrious model

Outside of those, I would love to hear some other suggestions.
