Image feed out of sync

I wanted to publish some images I made with solar eclipse theme. Though I noticed the first post I published was visible on the image feed for a minute only and then disappeared after refresh. Also could not find it on my images page. Another post I scheduled was not visible after toggling on "scheduled" filter except for one image marked as "not published". Some time later visiting my images page again, the images were visible, but it's on and off since then.
This is probably due to a similar issue we had in May already, that is the two instances of the image feed are not in sync.
So if you were planning to publish some images, you better wait till this gets fixed. The devs are aware of it and it will probably get fixed tomorrow.
