8.8 LTX Video Model Flow-Through Terms. Certain Models offered through the Service are built on the “LTX Video” model family published by Lightricks Ltd. (“Lightricks”), including any fine-tuned or adapted weights, LoRAs, checkpoints, merges, or other derivatives of that family (each, together with the underlying model, an “LTX-Derived Model”). Lightricks licenses different releases of that family under different agreements — for example, the LTX-2 Community License Agreement and the later LTX-2.x Community License Agreement, which differ in what they permit — and the license linked from a given Model page on the Service is the license that governs that Model (the applicable license, an “LTX License”). When you access, use, generate with, download, or otherwise interact with any LTX-Derived Model through the Service, you additionally acknowledge and agree, on top of all other provisions of these Terms, that: (i) your use is governed by the applicable LTX License, which is linked from the Model page, and you agree to be bound by it; (ii) you will comply with the use restrictions set forth in Attachment A to the applicable LTX License and with the Lightricks Acceptable Use Policy incorporated into it, which restrictions are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are enforceable as provisions of these Terms; (iii) if you redistribute or otherwise transfer an LTX-Derived Model, whether or not you modified it, you will do so only under the terms of the applicable LTX License, include a complete copy of that license with it, cause any files you modified to carry prominent notices stating that you changed them, retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices, and give notice to each recipient that the LTX-Derived Model is subject to that license in its entirety; (iv) you will require any person to whom you make an LTX-Derived Model available to comply with clauses (i) through (iii) of this Section; (v) if you are an entity with annual revenues of at least $10,000,000, determined together with all of your subsidiaries, affiliates, and entities under common control, you must obtain a paid commercial license directly from Lightricks before making any commercial use of an LTX-Derived Model, and you represent that you have done so or that you fall below that threshold; (vi) you will not alter or remove any copyright or other proprietary notice appearing on or in an LTX-Derived Model, nor circumvent, disable, or remove any safety mechanism, content filter, watermark, content provenance or latent disclosure functionality, usage restriction, or other guardrail incorporated into an LTX-Derived Model or its outputs by Lightricks or Civitai; (vii) you will not use an LTX-Derived Model or any output of one to train, improve, or fine-tune any other machine learning model or artificial intelligence system for commercial purposes, except for derivatives of the LTX Video family as expressly permitted under the applicable LTX License; (viii) you will not download or use an LTX-Derived Model if you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, are listed on any U.S. or non-U.S. restricted parties list, or for any purpose prohibited by U.S. or non-U.S. export control or trade sanctions laws; and (ix) the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms apply to your use of all LTX-Derived Models and their outputs. Where the applicable LTX License requires derivatives to be distributed under that same license, the permissions displayed on the Model page reflect that requirement and it applies notwithstanding any Bespoke License a User may otherwise select under Section 9.4. The foregoing restrictions are in addition to, and do not limit, any other restrictions set forth in these Terms or in the applicable Model license.
