Chat May Cry

So the DMs/chat, that were rudimentary till now, get an overhaul:

This isn't live yet (at least I think so), but changes include a new layout, answering to/quoting messages, editing and deleting your messages, muting message sound, pin conversations, control over messages landing in inbox or requests, built in emojis and sticker applying, pinning conversations and more.
While these make the chat better, I think there is still room to improve it. Somenone told me recently they wanted to have the possibility to block random users from sending them messages at all, since they get spammed with requests. Another suggestion was adding emojis, which this update already includes. I thought about writing a feature request ticket for improving the chat/DMs and I am therefore asking for reasonable suggestions how to improve the chat. Please leave a comment or DM me with your ideas.
Some features I'd consider worth suggesting are better group chat features (yeah that's a thing apparently), linking a profile page with @, dragging an image preview in the chat and some more things I can't remember right now.^^
But I am open to completely different suggestions.
