A serious question for bounty creators

I get that a lot of you hold bounties for checkpoints/LoRAs and that's fine, I'm not talking to you guys (but feel free to weigh in anyway).
I see some bounties that look fun, no specific checkpoint or LoRA requirement, and then somewhere in the bounty description I see "prompt and generation metadata required". Ugh...why? See I don't generate on Civitai anymore and haven't for quite some time (for reasons many of you are all too well aware of - gestures everywhere). I use other online services, the metadata for which Civitai can't recognize. Yes, I realize there are special programs that can get your metadata back in a format Civitai's braindead system can understand. I'm not a tech savvy local generator and it's just not in me to download and try to figure out how to use a new program just for the purpose of bounties. I just wanna make cool images, share them, and make some buzz along the way.
So back to the question. If your bounty has no model requirement, what do you gain by requiring metadata? What am I missing?
