💖 A Message to the Community: Civitai Buzz Changes & the Future of My Models
Hey everyone! 👋❤️
I wanted to share an important update about my models and how the recent changes to Civitai's Buzz system will affect my future releases.
As many of you know, Civitai has introduced changes to how Buzz are earned and spent. I personally disagree with these changes, as I believe they make things more expensive for users.
More importantly, I feel that Civitai is gradually becoming more of a marketplace than the community-driven sharing platform that brought us all together in the first place. 💔
I understand that platforms need sustainable business models, but I sincerely hope that the original spirit of openness, collaboration and free sharing won't get lost along the way.
🚀 What Will Change?
I'll continue releasing my new models through Early Access for two weeks, as I've done before. This allows me to fund future developments, experiments, training and improvements.
📥 After those two weeks, all my models will become completely FREE to download, with no permanent download fees or paywalls!
I strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy, experiment with and learn from my creations, regardless of their ability to spend Buzz.
However, due to Civitai's recent changes, I'll also need to introduce small licensing fees for on-site generation using my models. 💰
This isn't a decision I've taken lightly, and I'll do my best to keep these fees as low as possible.
My goal isn't to monetise every interaction with my models. It's simply to keep developing them while making my work accessible to everyone. ❤️
🤝 Your Support Makes All the Difference!
I've always believed in the spirit of sharing, collaboration and giving back to the AI community. That's the philosophy behind my models, and I have no intention of changing it.
If you enjoy my work, there are a few simple ways you can help:
❤️ Like my models to show your appreciation.
📥 Download them and experiment with your own creations.
🖼️ Post your generations on my model pages. I genuinely love seeing what you create!
💬 Share your feedback to help me make future releases even better.
Every like, download, comment and shared generation helps keep this project alive and encourages me to continue improving my models.
💕 Thank You for Being Part of This Journey!
I'll continue doing my very best to deliver high-quality models, push the boundaries of realism and make my creations available to as many people as possible.
Two weeks of Early Access, then free downloads for everyone. That's a commitment I intend to keep. 💖
Thank you for every download, like, comment, generation and kind message. Your support means more than you might imagine! 🥰
Let's keep Civitai a place where creativity is shared, not just sold. 🚀✨
With love,
Sassy AI 💖
