Network Rank (Dim) and Network Alpha 2

When creating Lora by changing the strength and ratio of Network Rank (Dim) and Network Alpha, it became impossible to express things that could be expressed with Lora created with the previous values.

The default values of kohya's Network Rank (Dim) and Network Alpha are:

Network Rank (Dimension):8

Network Alpha:4

The values used to create Lora now are:

Network Rank (Dimension):64

Network Alpha:32-56

Specifically, the lora made after that didn't have a sharp effect.
