はじめに
Civitaiでは、アナウンスポストを投稿すると、それまで表示されていた注意書きが置き換わってしまいます。そのため、いつでも確認できる基本方針をこの記事にまとめました。
これまでコメントなどに分散していた案内も、できるだけこちらに集約していきます。初めての方も、ぜひ一度ご確認ください。
1. 基本方針・権利関係
LoRA制作は、自分で購入・プレイしたゲームの思い出を形に残すための個人的な趣味です。
制作対象は、自分で購入して所有しているゲームに限ります。個別の制作依頼やデータ提供は受け付けていません。データを送っていただいても対応できませんので、ご了承ください。
本活動は個人によるファン活動であり、ゲームの開発元・販売元・権利者とは関係ありません。各メーカーが公開しているガイドラインに従って活動し、問題の報告があった場合は内容を確認のうえ、必要に応じて関連データを削除します。

2. コメント・画像の共有について
コメントや生成画像の共有は大歓迎です！ 作品の感想や交流など、お気軽にどうぞ。
投稿にあたっては、各プラットフォームの最新ポリシーを守ってください。
表現の自由は大切にしたいと考えていますが、公開データが削除されることのないよう、投稿先のルールを守り、過度な表現にはご注意ください。
3. LoRAの公開・利用について
制作したLoRAは、CivitaiのRed基準に沿った管理を目指しています。
本人以外による外部サイトへの掲載・転載・再配布は、例外なく禁止しています。 サイトやサービスを問わず、第三者による公開は認めていません。
外部サイトで利用したい方へ
PixAI・Tensor.Art・SeaArtにも、本人が公開LoRAを掲載しています。外部サイトで利用する場合は、各サイトの本人アカウントからご確認ください。
また、LoRAをきっかけに作品に興味を持った方は、ぜひオリジナルのゲームや製品も購入して、実際に遊んでみてください。公式作品を楽しんでいただくことが、開発元やメーカーへの応援にもつながれば嬉しいです。
公開作品とダウンロード
Civitaiの仕様や表示の変化によって、公開中のLoRAがプロフィールに表示されない場合があります。すべての公開作品を確認できるよう、全体の掲載リストを用意しています。プロフィールに見当たらない作品がある場合は、そちらをご確認ください。
一度削除・非公開にしたLoRAを再公開する予定はありません。気に入った作品があれば、公開中にダウンロードしておくことをおすすめします。

4. 制作リクエストについて
基本方針から外れる依頼は受け付けていません。ただし、公開コメントでいただいたリクエストのうち、共感できるものや興味を持ったものは、今後の制作候補として検討することがあります。
リクエストは、ほかの方にも見える公開コメントにお願いします。チャットでの個別依頼や、制作のためのデータ提供には対応していません。
制作するかどうかは、そのときの状況や条件次第です。すべてのリクエストに応えられるわけではありませんが、いただいたコメントは今後の参考にさせていただきます。
5. コメント・チャットでの交流
チャットやコメントでの交流は自由です。作品の感想や質問など、お気軽に声をかけてください。
返信や確認が遅れることもありますが、ご了承ください。

6. noteでの情報発信
noteでは、主にLoRA制作のノウハウを発信しています。誰もが自分の好きなLoRAを制作できるように、これまでの経験や制作に役立つ情報を記事にしています。
基本的な情報は無料で公開しています。一部、有料記事もありますが、伝えたいノウハウはすべて無料で読める範囲に掲載しています。

Introduction
On Civitai, publishing a new announcement replaces the previously displayed announcement. To make sure my basic guidelines are always available, I've compiled them in this article.
I've also gathered information that was previously scattered across comments and other posts. If you're new here, please take a moment to read through these guidelines.
1. Basic Guidelines & Copyright
Creating LoRAs is a personal hobby of mine, allowing me to preserve memories of games I've purchased and played myself.
I only create LoRAs for games that I personally own. I do not accept individual creation requests or data submissions. Please understand that I cannot accommodate requests even if you send me data for that purpose.
This is an independent fan activity and is not affiliated with any game developers, publishers, or rights holders. I follow the guidelines publicly provided by each company. If a concern is reported, I will review it and remove the relevant data if necessary.

2. Comments & Sharing Images
Comments and sharing images generated with my LoRAs are always welcome! Feel free to share your thoughts on my work or interact with other users.
Please follow the latest policies of the platform where you post.
I value freedom of expression, but I also want to avoid having publicly available content removed. Please respect each platform's rules and exercise caution with excessively explicit content.
3. Publishing & Using LoRAs
I manage my LoRAs with the aim of complying with Civitai's Red criteria.
Publishing, reposting, or redistributing my LoRAs on external sites by anyone other than me is strictly prohibited, without exception. Unauthorized publication by third parties is not permitted on any site or service.
Want to Use My LoRAs on Other Platforms?
I also publish my public LoRAs on PixAI, Tensor.Art, and SeaArt. If you want to use them on these platforms, please visit my official accounts on each site.
If my LoRAs spark your interest in the original works, I encourage you to purchase the original games or products and experience them for yourself. I hope that enjoying the official works will also help support their developers and creators.
Published Works & Downloads
Due to changes in Civitai's features or display behavior, some publicly available LoRAs may not appear on my profile. To make sure all my public works can be found, I maintain a complete list of published LoRAs. If you cannot find a particular LoRA on my profile, please check that list.
Once a LoRA has been deleted or made private, I do not plan to publish it again. If you find a LoRA you like, I recommend downloading it while it is still available.
Likes and comments are a great encouragement and motivate me to keep creating. If you enjoy a LoRA, please consider leaving a Like!
4. Creation Requests
I do not accept requests that fall outside the guidelines described above. However, if a request posted in a public comment resonates with me or catches my interest, I may consider it as a candidate for future work.
Please post requests in public comments where others can see them. I do not accept individual creation requests through private chat, nor do I accept data submissions for the purpose of creating LoRAs.
Whether I decide to create something depends on my circumstances and the specific request. I cannot fulfill every request, but your comments may help inform my future work.

Basic information is available for free. Some articles are paid, but all the know-how I intend to share is covered within the free-access content.
