    material changes need noticenews

Civ's legal team believes you need not be informed because "it drops a right Civitai reserved, so nobody has to agree to anything new. If a later edit to §5.8 does need a re-accept, change this test." I disagree, any material changes should have notice given even if there is "nothing to accept".

    • Delinquent Accounts. Civitai may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including fee-based portions of the Service, for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due for the Service, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any the unpaid amount, including collection fees. If your payment method is no longer valid at the time a renewal Subscription Fee is due, then Civitai reserves the right to delete your account and any information or User Content (defined below) associated with your Account without any liability to you.

In addition to the amount due for the Service, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any the unpaid amount, including collection fees. If a renewal Subscription Fee cannot be collected, your Subscription will end and fee-based features of the Service will stop. We will not delete your account or User Content because a renewal payment failed.

They no longer claim they may delete your account if a membership payment is declined. A material change.
