ND · ComfyUI Launcher — one window for your portable ComfyUI build

No more .bat files and launch flags to remember. ND Launcher starts ComfyUI with the right settings, updates it and your custom nodes, installs new nodes and models, moves everything over from an old build, and keeps the console, GPU stats and your workflows in one place.

It was made for my own builds, but it works with any portable ComfyUI build on Windows. It is free and open source (GPL-3.0).

What it can do

Launch — ready-made presets (Standard, Save VRAM, Maximum speed, Video & large models, CPU only) plus your own. VRAM mode, SageAttention / FlashAttention, fp8 / fp16, LAN access and port are simple controls instead of command-line flags. One click creates a desktop shortcut that starts ComfyUI right away.

Console and GPU monitor — ComfyUI output with errors highlighted, generation progress, VRAM, load and temperature.
Workflows — every workflow in your build in a searchable list, with a description: what it does, how to use it, and which models it needs (checked against the models you actually have).
Updates — update ComfyUI and all custom nodes in one click. Turn nodes on and off without deleting them.
Install nodes — paste GitHub / GitLab links (or just author/repo). The node is cloned and its dependencies installed.
Model downloads — paste a Hugging Face or Civitai link, pick the files and the destination folder, and see your free disk space before you start. Up to 16 parallel connections, pause and resume (even after a restart), SHA-256 check for Hugging Face files. A small browser extension can hand your browser downloads from Civitai, Hugging Face and ModelScope over to the launcher.

Backups — restore points for the build (ComfyUI code, custom nodes, Python packages, settings). Each file is stored once and compressed, so the next points take very little space. You see the size and free space before creating a point, can compare two points and restore all or part of a point. There is an option to create a point automatically before every ComfyUI update. Models, input and output are not included.
Model paths — connect models from another build or folder without copying them. A visual editor for extra_model_paths.yaml supports any model type (checkpoints, loras, LLM, TTS, sam3, folders made by nodes) and can add folder links for nodes that only look inside ComfyUI\models. It keeps your hand-written sections and makes a .bak copy before every change.
Transfer — moving to a new build? Move settings, workflows, models, Input / Output and custom nodes from the old one. Missing nodes are detected automatically, and models can be copied, moved or linked without copying.

Comfort — Focus mode (a header switch that leaves only the tabs you choose), 3 themes, interface in English, Russian and Chinese, tray icon.

Easy to use

Install Python 3.10+ and download the source code from the GitHub release.
Run build_exe.bat. It builds ND_Launcher.exe on your own PC in a few minutes (a file built on your computer is not blocked by Windows SmartScreen).
Put ND_Launcher.exe next to the ComfyUI and python_embeded folders and run it.

That's it — no other setup. The same exe can be copied to other builds and PCs.

Good to know

No telemetry: the launcher goes online only for the features you use (downloads, node installs, updates).
API tokens are encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) and any portable ComfyUI build with python_embeded. Git for Windows is needed to update custom nodes.
The launcher is an independent project and is not affiliated with ComfyUI or Comfy Org.

Больше никаких .bat-файлов и флагов запуска, которые нужно помнить. ND Launcher запускает ComfyUI с нужными настройками, обновляет его и кастом-ноды, ставит новые ноды и модели, переносит всё из старой сборки и собирает в одном месте консоль, нагрузку на видеокарту и твои воркфлоу.

Он создавался для моих сборок, но работает с любой портативной сборкой ComfyUI на Windows. Бесплатный, с открытым исходным кодом (GPL-3.0).

Что умеет

Запуск — готовые пресеты (Стандартный, Экономия VRAM, Максимальная скорость, Видео и большие модели, Только CPU) и твои собственные. Режим VRAM, SageAttention / FlashAttention, fp8 / fp16, доступ из локальной сети и порт — простые переключатели вместо флагов командной строки. Ярлык на рабочем столе создаётся одним кликом и сразу запускает ComfyUI.
Консоль и монитор GPU — вывод ComfyUI с подсветкой ошибок, прогресс генерации, VRAM, загрузка и температура.
Воркфлоу — все воркфлоу сборки в списке с поиском и описанием: что делает, как пользоваться и какие модели нужны (с проверкой по тем моделям, что у тебя есть).
Обновления — ComfyUI и все кастом-ноды обновляются в один клик. Ноды можно включать и выключать, не удаляя.
Установка нод — вставь ссылки на GitHub / GitLab (или просто автор/репозиторий). Нода клонируется, зависимости ставятся.
Загрузка моделей — вставь ссылку Hugging Face или Civitai, выбери файлы и папку назначения и сразу увидишь свободное место на диске. До 16 параллельных соединений, пауза и продолжение (даже после перезапуска), проверка SHA-256 для файлов с Hugging Face. Небольшое расширение для браузера передаёт в лаунчер загрузки с Civitai, Hugging Face и ModelScope.
Бэкапы — точки восстановления сборки (код ComfyUI, кастом-ноды, Python-пакеты, настройки). Каждый файл хранится один раз и в сжатом виде, поэтому следующие точки занимают совсем немного. Перед созданием видно размер и свободное место, точки можно сравнивать и восстанавливать целиком или частично. Есть опция автоматически создавать точку перед каждым обновлением ComfyUI. Модели, input и output не сохраняются.
Пути к моделям — подключай модели из другой сборки или папки без копирования. Визуальный редактор extra_model_paths.yaml поддерживает любые типы моделей (checkpoints, loras, LLM, TTS, sam3, папки, которые создают ноды) и умеет добавлять ссылки на папки для нод, которые ищут только в ComfyUI\models. Секции, написанные вручную, сохраняются, а перед каждым изменением делается копия .bak.
Перенос — переезжаешь на новую сборку? Перенеси настройки, воркфлоу, модели, Input / Output и кастом-ноды из старой. Недостающие ноды находятся автоматически, а модели можно копировать, перемещать или подключать без копирования.
Удобство — фокус-режим (переключатель в шапке, оставляющий только выбранные вкладки), 3 темы, интерфейс на русском, английском и китайском, значок в трее.

Просто в использовании

Установи Python 3.10+ и скачай исходный код со страницы релиза на GitHub.
Запусти build_exe.bat. Он за несколько минут соберёт ND_Launcher.exe на твоём компьютере (файл, собранный на твоём ПК, Windows SmartScreen не блокирует).
Положи ND_Launcher.exe рядом с папками ComfyUI и python_embeded и запусти.

Больше ничего настраивать не нужно. Этот же exe можно копировать в другие сборки и на другие компьютеры.

Важно знать

Никакой телеметрии: лаунчер выходит в интернет только для функций, которыми ты пользуешься (загрузки, установка нод, обновления).
API-токены шифруются средствами Windows DPAPI.
Нужны Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) и любая портативная сборка ComfyUI с python_embeded. Для обновления кастом-нод нужен Git for Windows.
Лаунчер — независимый проект, не связанный с ComfyUI и Comfy Org.
