Test gpu unlock on 3060 12GB

As the gpu unlock project described, Video generation (BF16) speed up +15~20%

Since the install on Ubuntu is very easy now, I tried this tool and run H3 video generation.

System spec:

• i7-6700K @4.2G, DDR3 32GB @1600MHz

• ASUS TUF 3060 12GB

• Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

• 0.4M 3:4 (576×736) 5 seconds 24fps

• dpmpp_2m_sde + sgm_uniform

• pytorch attention

A video generation time decreases from 248s to 190s, improve about 23%.

However the power consumption increased from 150W to 170W at the same power limit setting

sudo nvidia-smi -pl 170

Before unlock even set power limit at 187W the maximum consumption was still about 150W.

After unlock set power limit at 187W and GPU run at 187W.

Since the difference I tried to set power limit 150W and test again, it ranges from 200-220s a video about +10~20% improvement.
