Refine Details is the one upscaling the video with better quality while retaining fidelity. In most cases you can leave it at 1.0 and I don't recommend it to go beyond 1.2.

Detailer is the one that hallucinates finer details like pores and hair strands while also increasing sharpness. This one is more flexible and can be used at much higher values than Refine Details depending on your expectations.

1. Recommended values (MY OWN PERSONAL preferences):

• Blurry realistic AI videos (like the example video): Refine Details: 1.2 | Detailer 1.4

• Decent quality anime videos: Refine Details: 1.0 | Detailer 1.1

• 80s style / cinematic footage: Refine Details: 1.0 | (don't use Detailer)
