hi i would love to get this picture done in 2 ways for a book cover

frist i just want is better as it is more realastic as it is but if its possible to do it better or look better

and the 2nd if its possible to do the boy more girly looking bigger lips and a dress on or something like that

i want that alot and would be very thankful to anyone that know how to do that and want lend a helping hand thank u alll on this page
