Design 101: The Plans for the Series

Design 101:
The Plans for the Series
Not much in the way of headings or "professional lingo" here - Just wanted to make a quick rundown on the plans for the Design 101 for AI series. As i'm taking a small break this weekend from doing a TON of content so I can swing bat into Dawntrail as soon as i finish my Endwalker content... I figured it'd be good to let you the reader know what my plans are!
Being that I have a HEAVY background in design this is a series leaning more in to GRAPHIC design, rather than science/computer/programming. There may be some points where i'll do some finger walking and attempt my best to ADD in "machine design" aspects, as it does have a lot to do with how the technical works..
So a quick bullet point rundown on my plans here:
(*Done) Movements leading up from the late 1800s to 1910. (Arts & Crafts, Jugandstil, Art Nouveau and related movements)
Ornament and Crime Essay and the Ethics related to AI based on this. (Done)
(Next) - Post WW1 to about WW2 movements (or just before the 1950s) - Largely pinpointing shifts with specific people in history like Le Cobusier, Bauhaus and others.
After that we're not sure WHERE to take it other than take a stop towards post WW2 Counter Culture into the 1970s. (History is important yo.)
We will be taking into consideration that we WILL also touch on philosophy and ethics at sone stage relative to Design and AI.
We will talk about the applications of design theory in terms of actual application of concepts, which is where we'll probably bring in more of the science/programming aspect.
And as for the culture and history, we will be bringing SOME of the computer tech info in, because it's important and relevant to digital history.
Beyond that, we're not ENTIRELY sure beyond what's in our old lecture books where to take it, we desperatley wanted to come up with an educational series that didn't focus on anything or anyone specific in terms of present day. Also democratizing education is great, so you don't have to pay 30,000 a year for an institution for this.
If you have any thoughts on this series, please feel free to comment on where you'd like something changed or if so far I got anything wrong.. or otherwise. Also, as for "RESOURCES" - if you're wanting something that's listed in the bibliography and it's NOT free, i'm not sure how to handle that as most of what i have access to is when I was in college and we had it all in pre-bound lecture note books. (Aka our lecture readings) - these were from 2017 and 2018, and I may sometime soon hit up my old college and see if they can yeet me a newer copy of lecture readings from a first or second year.
Sometimes there ARE times where like Washington EDU likes to stupidly find it's PDFs searchable by google. I've grabbed stuff before that way, it's just that I don't like attaching the files here as there's some hefty legal requirements for accessing academic papers in the university world.
Update: We're a few days behind giving you the next in the series, we've been busy babysitting off and on it's the school holidays. That and we get up earlier than usual and we're extremely brain damaged by the end of it lol. Post 1910 article coming in a day or so, i'm focusing today on tagging the World Morph stuff for Earth and I~!
Update two
I forgot about this entirely since I got the "ICK" back in august, and I got back into Final Fantasy XIV... I'll try and bring this back asap, but for now know that my brain is mush XD
