check first: if it does not automaticaly set "Diffusion in Low Bits" set it to any 16bit which works for you (so the lora is dosnt patched or it goes much faster)

second: standart is Sampling method / Schedule type
Euler / Simple

try
Euler with SGM Uniform, Beta or DDIM with 20 steps
try also DEIS, IPNDM, Heun(slow)

(if 16bit doesnt work fo you and all is slow try to set GPU Weights (MB) to 7000)
