FLUX doesn't do deep fakes, even of Elvis or a Pope
FLUX is far less creative than SDXL CIVITAI Models IMHO
FLUX image details and coherence is better than SDXL
FLUX doesn't do photography instructions, SDXL does
FLUX has real censorship baked in, SDXL really doesn't
FLUX repeats styles, SDXL offers many different styles
FLUX gets the fingers more right than SDXL, not perfect
FLUX is integrated into Elon's GROK LLM, explaining alot
FLUX makes nice photos, but limited in style and content
FLUX not on AUTO1111, yet. Only ComfyUI, with API token
FLUX should be mixed with SDXL models ideally IMHO
So far I'm still more of an SDXL fan, mostly for the greater degree of creativity, and also because of the lack of baked-in censorship in SDXL compared to FLUX.1-DEV.
The lack of following basic photography prompts (e.g. film grain, bokah, vignette, etc.) in FLUX is disappointing; however the image quality is solid, even if the creativty is limited.
