VAE finetune script (works for SDXL VAE)

This is going to be a short announcement kinda post. I'm on vacation, but I'm working on a few script preping for flux and having fun with the VAE. Github link to script: https://github.com/kukaiN/vae_finetune

More info in the github readme. For v2 attempt, I'm going to see if fp16 and a higher lr might change the output of the image.
