Guys, I lost 13,000 Buzz on a badge I didn't want.

I lost 13,000 Buzz from my Civitai credit for a Halloween badge that I didn't want to buy, unfortunately I'm left with a minimal amount of Buzz because of that, I hope to recover, since I don't know of any refund or anything, and I don't buy Buzz.
