AUTOMATIC1111 Extension for Aspect Ratios

Preface

One task in AI image generation is to create images with a specific aspect ratio. There are some extensions for AUTOMATIC1111, but they are not of the kind I am familiar with. So I decided to learn how such an Extension can be realised.

Extension

The Extension I wrote can be found in [1] and can be installed using the AUTOMATIC1111 feature Install from URL. I realised buttons for aspect ratios given in [2].

What the Extension Does

After installation one will find a panel with buttons in AUTOMATIC1111 like one has for other Extensions.

The button 1:1 is like a reset button and sets width as well as height to 512 pixel. Other common aspect ratios can be selected by the next two rows using the related buttons.

To-Do

I have to write a documentation and I have to check if the aspect ratios are all calculated the right way. Last but not least I have to write here some words more.
