Forge on SD3 disables T5xxl by defualt.

This may apply to SD3.5 when support is added.

Find it under settings and SD3, its one of those "sneaky" improvements that was made for the first time AI users. Just like codeformers and GFPGAN (Face restore) used to be on by defualt for SD 1.5

I am not saying this is a good or bad thing, just a thing that should have more attention drawn to it. Like gamers hating things that cause latency
