Lora Compare Tool (GUI)

A simple tool for comparing two loras and then printing the differences to a .json

• Currently allows for selecting up-cast type

• Tolerance value of difference

I would like to add features to allow for import of a json file to write differences to a lora, or target layers such as the MLP layer only. But currently this is read only.

Feel free to modfiy and distribute as you please (Chat GPT did most of the work)
