it would be intersting to download minecraft worlds and take pictures of buildings, remove the building and leave just the surroundings and then take a screenshot from the perfectly same angle, then use that as a dataset for image editing. You could then reverse it and do something like:

"Add a medieval style smithy to the hill in this image."

for the prompt and have the input be the image where the building is removed, output before it's removed.

Could probably do that with landscaping as well if you can find seeds and stuff, would make it practical for getting build inspiration based on exactly where you want a building to be.
