A lora is actually not a model, but more of a way of directing things a bit more, generally a style. In the positive prompts area to use this lora, you would add this exactly as typed: <lora:inniesbettervaginas_v11:1.0>

The : plus the number to the side of it is the weight (how much the lora will influence your image).

You may want to follow an Aitrepeneur video regarding downloading lora because then you can use downloaded lora files such as this one to improve your art generation. This lora would go better with other models (checkpoints, which are basically where you start from and has a lot of the base images to work from) that is focused on realism so that the vulvas match the pictures you're trying to make.

@username094 I learned a little more as well. You gotta check and see what version the loras, checkpoints, and other type things you download are for. Most are for Stable Diffusion 1.5 and sadly will not work right on versions beyond that, so bare that in mind. I learned the hard way. I have so many loras I can scroll for awhile, but I don't think I can use half or more of them.

@username094 Do you mean pc? I'm on something like a Raider or something I dunno XD this is something I don't know how to find out or what it is, but it's valued at $2k or so. Got it from going to school, but I wouldn't recommend going to college just for a laptop :')

@username094 It's the one I will use for lora training, yes. I am still trying to learn about all of this, but once i feel genuinely confident, I will be uploading all kinds of youtube videos about it trying to be as understandable as humanly possible.

LORA's can radically change pictures even when it is only supposed to be about one specific part. The weights of all the rest of the prompts are affected.

my recommendation is to inpaint the area you're trying to use the lora on

@jragon This. Particularly when using a lora trained on a body part, using inpaint will focus on that specific area. I always inpaint the face before using body modifying Loras so it doesn't change the face (using the outside inpaint area option). It's a little tedious, but is the key to making the perfect render.
