Is it a LORA or is it LYCORIS???
This is a LYCORIS, which belongs to a type of LORA, and you will need an extension to use it
Just put all of your loras in the lycoris folder and forget about the distinction. Loras load just fine as lycoris, but the inverse isn't true.
As long as you have the extension to load lycoris, functionally there's no difference.
