Hunyuan side anal video lora
Tested between .7 - 1 strength. Higher values get better movement.
Made on a 12gb vram potato PC (at least for video lora training).
24 videos, trained for almost 2 days.
Most of the training videos were 512x260 at 2 seconds-- although I threw in some different resolutions for more variety. The movement works better from side to side, so a wider orientation has gotten better results for me.

The lora is not perfect, but its been fun to make. It's acceptable enough for me that I don't think there will be a version 2.

You made this lora on a 12gb vram machine? what method? I have 24gb but haven't even gotten into lora training because i haven't seen any windows training methods yet out-side of linux emulation and all. Plus not sure i can dedicate hours of training on my main machine
Ohhh, brother, you are missing out! I, too, resisted going WSL, so I dove into musubi. I found a guide on civit and the creator had packaged up a sort of "portable" install so you could just download the zip, extract it, download the models, and start training. I have a 3090 so you can definitely do it. I haven't even OOMed yet in almost 3 weeks of fucking around.
This guys guide and download was awesome, but there is now another GUI being developed that currently is functional, by bmaltais. It has way more settings than the GUI for musubi.
I have finished HY loras in under 2 hours using 40-50 pics with conservative settings. I have not seen my vram usage go over 18gb, and I haven't figured out a good config to even use all 24gb.

These installs all have issues, tbh. The package is awesome, but lots of it is in Japanese, and there are some non-utf8 characters somewhere so the train_gui.py (or whatever it is) will need a modification to force utf-8.
Anyway, just read the repos and documents and make sure your models are arranged in the proper directory structure, and you'll be training in no time.
I'm setting up a 12gb rig now and I am hoping that since HY seems so easy to train that I can use the low vram mode and use it out of the box without setting up too many vram optimizations manually.

@Gongoloid Thanks, i'll look into it when i got time. i believe i did see one of those git hubs and was like oh heck no that looks way to complicated. So kinda been hoping for something easier later. I seen one video somewhere talking about a comfyui training for hunyuan in experimental that is being worked on so was kind of waiting for that one. But when i got time this weekend i may try yours.
@zengrath yea, it kind of was super complicated. lots of cutting, downscaling, and adding slow-mo to videos. i used simple captioning, despite video captioning being a thing, which helped lower the complexity a little.
@Gongoloid bmaltais have any good config files can download to use? because too much setting ,don't known how to setting.
@ioritree - the point of the bmaltais repo is to offer a GUI with MORE settings, not fewer. If you want an easier approach use the packaged download from the civit user. It has a GUI that is minimal and lets you change just a few important settings in the GUI and you're ready to train.
@Gongoloid bro I been waiting on youtube for a video showing how to install musubi or something on windows without needing wsl, but nothing, I cant take it anymore! I want to make a coroline style lora, and the other mother lora, corpes bride, miraculous, and maria posada from book of life. I struggle alot with installing all this scripts without a video guiding me, Im going to do my best to fallow your links and hopefully I can do it.
just a question, did you manage to make a lora without needing wsl?
@chuko13945 No WSL needed. I used the Musubi tuner with that bat scripts that were mentioned here- the ez version. It’s on civitai

Try to keep temporal_size (in VAE Decode Tiled node) always bigger than your 'lengh' (number of summary frames), if you have 73 frames, keep temporal_size bigger (76).
In my case I forever keep temporal_size = 206 (because with on 201 frames hunyuan makes a perfectly looped video, and bigger frames will take too long)
Agree with this, unfortunately the lora is a fail, overtrained? not sure, but it makes the quality of the video awful
@azeli I'm having the same issue but see that others have gotten good results. Gonna have to try doing what neurodude has mentioned in his comment when I get back home tonight
@neurodude has a good fix. unfortunately, the penis is going to be a little blurry in most gens. Trained this for fast movement- ie : all of the training videos are girls just getting wrecked. because that's what i wanted to see. the bluriness is a consequence of that.

hat's off for this NSFW model, considering your hrdware that is a perfromance, I have a 3090 and I don't know if i'd have the patience to wait 2 days of training (with the freaking noise that it generate, and also 2 full days at 70c+ temperature for two whole day... well done
