As requested i tried making a Lora for teeth, i'll upload also the dataset, so if someone is better than me in parametrization can do a better job.

Tell me about it. It's not always bad, but yesterday, I couldn't get proper teeth for the life of me. My character kept havin freak teeth. Like, it would put them all in a row but at off angles and oddly spaced.

Hi, Lora start fine , i look brave in frist step, but i have nothing in thé final picture.
I use same config, with, 20 step, and 7.5 CFG, but nothing.
I have tey to reduce or higt, i look during génération only.

Is there a lora out there that delivers teeth with diastema? Seems not. Maybe you want to extend your lora for that? :)
i wish there were an Adetailer to automatically inpaint teeth and braces :(
you don't need that, pick the adetailer face model that comes packed with it, and in the detailer prompt put this lora in there with the trigger word. go to the inpainting settings and set the inpaint denoising strength to 0.6, you may want to describe more than the mouth though.
