Using big nose prompt can have a drastic effect on the facial style. Removing it will make the faces more prettier and slightly more human-like, if that's what you prefer.
Notes:
Higher LoRA strength will greatly benefit from upscaling and Adetailer.
It can get a bit enthusiastic with stud piercings, if you're getting too many, stick to ring piercings and place stud piercing in your negative prompt.
