@kurodahuga843 that problem can't be solved by any prompt. i gave up on every "extra" that can get generated.

i tried to find a working way of prompts to get perfect hands without any or too visible extras. this time, a "push" in positive prompts was neccessary and incredibly powerful, too. now to the point:
put this in positive: exact-replica-of-a-perfect-human-being-with-impressive-qualities
and this in negative: (((bad-limbs, 3-arms, 3-legs, 4-arms, 4-legs, worst-quality-anatomy, bad-quality-limbs, 3-arms-on-each-side, 4-arms-on-each-side, 3-legs-on-each-side, 4-legs-on-each-side, poor-anatomy)))
for best testing purposes, try out this lora: Naru Kotoishi (Barakemon) - v1.0 | Stable Diffusion LoRA | Civitai
normally, this lora can't generate even 1 finger, but with the help of these prompts, i got perfect beautiful ahnds and fingers for the first time.
and one positive extra-prompt that is very helpful if hands look awful and undetailed:
