Cosmog (#789) - a Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. (Requested)

Optional:

• "Open mouth, Yellow tongue" - (Using "open mouth" on its own won't make its mouth open, you'll need to combine it with "yellow tongue" in order to achieve this.)

• "Blue arms + arms up (or) arms down ("arm specific" tags in general)) - (some control over those sparkling blue "extensions" on its head. Though just to note, there is a chance it might mess up and generate a separate set of human-like arms instead. - You could also replace "arms" with "hands" for slightly different results, and if you feel like that'd be better..)

• "Anthro, humanoid" - (turns it anthro....which I wasnt sure if itd be able to do but it seems anything really is possible, huh...)

Recommended Negatives: throw in "Nose"

No shiny as the differences between it and its regular is so minimal that I didn't feel like bothering.
