new Illustrious version!

I might stop making pony versions from now on as I see that less and less people are using it these days.

with this update I wanted to see how well the LoRA took to have less pictures in the training data and to add some default outfits as a starting point. it seems to have gone pretty well!

this is a character template LoRA. Feel free to customise! It should hopefully work with the outfits if you do so (not tested)
