This is almost exactly what i've been looking for!
I've been looking for a "small penis" lora in general for a little while now. I wonder if this can just generate the penis without the blowjob? I'll test it out and report back!
[Edit: ..sort of? It does make a small penis, but the lora doesn't quite trigger right unless you've got a blowjob going on. My search continues!]
It can work but it's not great in it. I put in some penis only images but I think this part is a bit undertrained in the lora.

@dirkzen Yeah, I agree. A penis size slider Lora would be everyone's solution I guess. But I cannot even begin to think how it works... Pony models for example already know a lot of nsfw stuff. So I guess it's extremely hard for Wan21 training to realize a slider kind of lora.

Most men are not this small at all. Just like extremely large penises are rare. The average guy is larger than this and is not the norm so your description is wrong.

I tried this one using the Phantom FusionX model combined with the 'blowjob with man in frame' lora and funnily enough it made the characters really chubby at higher strength for some reason. Hidden feature lol.
the guys in my dataset are mostly more on the heavy side. Maby your workflow intensified that aspect =D

ahh no, video AND images! Vidoes are important for the movement. otherwise it looks robotic and strange. Images were added to get a better images of the penis. so some blowjob images and some penis only images

Nice work! However, even when I try to do handjob, the woman's head still tend to "nod". I guess that's because this lora is trained on a blowjob dataset, so everyone tend to blow something virtual. Hope there can be a decoupled lora, only adjusting penis size.
Maybe you can get rid of the nodding with lower lora strength?
WhatTheGuy Then the penis size just get bigger...can't find balance between expected penis size and nodding. Also, adding "nod" in the negative prompt does not help, maybe they are too deeply coupled.

it's trained on t2v, but generally it also works with i2v ;)
We need a wan 2.2 version of this, along with other small dongle loras.
I tried to train a Lora with the same dataset for 2.2, but it didn't work out very well... I will look into it again at some point ;)

It did not worked well or I2V, the animation is just not there and the penis that shows up is not tiny.

it works perfectly for me (i2v and t2v) . put these in: lightx2v high weight 3, lightx2v low weight 1.5 , model shift 8, 4 steps, tiny penis lora weight 1, f4c3spl4sh cum lora weight 0.6 . (don't use the word cum or semen in the prompt. so it wont use the cum lora more) (these lightx2v weights are for i2v) for t2v put in lower weights for all loras.
