Thanks to your LoRA being featured, i just discovered your work and what is this, are you basically a magician? How can you fit a character LoRA, especially for such a complex character into less than 30MB? That's magic isn't? Or some black art with a devil behind it?!? In any case, incredible work, i would love to see an article where you explain how you manage to do it 💕
(I basically, i would love a LoRA of the discarded knight too, even if it is probably already available in Illustrious, because it would be even better with you skill)
It mostly comes down to the network dim, a character like Hornet isn't very complicated so you can keep the dim low.
Terrific model. Definitely the most accurate, too; only downside is that, at least for me, the prompts for no hands and no Needle aren't working. But hey ho, can't complain too much much.
Try reducing the weight of the model. I'll be honest, I'm at a bit of a loss on how to make it more consistent, there's just enough data of her without her needle somewhere in the image.
