Inspired by the excellent WAN LORA Uncutwang I trained a set of 40 naturism style images of caucasian men with flaccid uncut hairy penis. As the training images were from the neck down you do need to reinforce that you want the face to be visible or even better use a character LORA. I think it performs fairly well, given that the penis is always notoriously hard to generate.
I tend to mix it with Uncutwang keeping that one at 1.0 and mine at 0.6 to get the shape, pubic hair while maintaining the original model's better flexibility.

Wow the examples are really good. I wish chroma had something like this. The only thing Ive ever seen was someones private chroma lora. This training set would likely do really well

Yeah very true. WAN seems very flexible though so hopefully will get better with next versions.
Really nice. Would be good if you can incorporate some videos for the next version to get physics. It already works okay for T2V, but Wan doesn't really know how the physics works, and will easily duplicate the penis if it's interacted with.
Also would be good to have more diversity, as this is a bit overtrained and undertrained I think. Overtrained for the background and image quality, and undertrained for pose.
Would also love to see the option to have no pubes.

Very good lora.I was also trying to train Wan22's penis lora using over 100 pictures, and I ran a total of over 10,000 steps. However, the results were not good. Could you share your training techniques?
For example, the number of training rounds, the number of steps, the learning rate, etc.

Hey, just wanted to ask a quick question if you dont mind. If you have a male where you dont want pubic hair, is that possible? Also, how do you use the "uncutWANg" in a Wan 2.2 workflow - I see many people saying it just dont work with Wan 2.2.
How do you use your high/low models with uncutWANg which is just one lora. Does the other one go in both high and low? Or just one?
