The "Granny" (i guess she's not that old) from the Care Bears cartoon of the 80's (i've watched it a lot, maybe too much), made with stills from the cartoon, some characters sheets from a Wiki and the only one good Rule34 image i've found.

You can use her with a apron or her blue biker jacket or anything you can get in the "Furry" checkpoints, her belly badge got really consistent in later versions.

If you want to make more bears, get 3 or 4 images of their Belly Badges separated from a body to train and some of images with then without clothes showing it.

But after the prototype was made, i did 10 images in some "situations" (NSFW and SFW). You can check Cheer Bear by Talboc thanks for the inspiration, if you want another Care Bear to make or to use to make a LORA.
