I have never tested it, but I believe that good results are possible. Use low weight in puffy nipples. When you test it, post your results here.
I am only sexually aroused by Puffy Nipples. But in most live-action models, the Puffy Nipples is canceled out. No matter how many ((((((puffy nipples)))))),(((((nipples is puffy))))) I write in the prompt...! Then I found your LoRA.

I don't understand why it changes the faces if you combine it with other loras. Any solution to this issue?
That often happens if the LoRA has been trained incorrectly and misunderstanding what it's supposed to do. It's because the faces are included in the training, not just the nipples.
